Scan the code with your phone's camera. With the Quorum app installed, the code opens the app and signs you in as a member of the demo chapter who moderates a forum, so you can see the moderator's tools. Without the app, it takes you to the App Store or Google Play first.
If that address is in the chapter, an email is on its way - good for two hours. Tap the link inside, or type its 6-digit code here:
